As an HR Manager, Karla assists the Executive Director with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff, and other administrative tasks in the department. She focuses on performance evaluations and prioritizing employee’s wellbeing through job satisfaction surveys.

Karla graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.
