As a law clerk, Jaeyeon works with attorneys, DOJ-accredited representatives, and other staff who contribute to serving clients who may qualify for a form of immigration relief. He provides legal support, research and communicates with clients.

Jaeyeon is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at Creighton University School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Art in Political Science with an emphasis in Law and Politics from the University of Utah. He is fluent in Korean.
