Der Yang is is the Program Manager for ILC + REC’s Employment and Matching Grant Programs. She was born oversees to refugees and raised in the United States.
She spent six years as a Child Welfare Social Worker before joining the ILC + REC team.
Der speaks English and Hmong.
Der is a graduate of the University of Nebraska- Eau Claire and Eastern Washington University.
When she’s not at work, you can find Der traveling, checking out new coffee shops, and spending quality time with her 9-pound shih tzu Hartley and her 11-pound tuxedo cat Carly.
