What We Do
LEGAL SERVICES
It is vital that all individuals pursuing immigration relief have access to high-quality legal services, regardless of ability to pay.
ILC’s diverse team of experts assist with all forms of family and humanitarian-based immigration, but specialize in the most complex, time and resource-intensive cases.
EDUCATION
Education is an important part of our mission, we strive to provide critical information and training regarding the complex and ever changing immigration legal landscape.
We provide educational presentations and trainings to service providers, churches, and community groups.
ADVOCACY
We advocate for just immigration laws at the local, state, and federal level for our immigrant communities.
In addition, we provide technical research and assistance for bills related to secondary education requirements and access to several key bills.

Because of ILC’s advocacy, a client of more than three years was able to apply for U visa status, and if the U visa application is approved this will provide the client with a pathway to citizenship.
